Position Overview
You will represent the community as the first point of contact for prospects and residents, delivering a polished leasing experience while supporting daily office operations. This role is ideal for an experienced leasing professional who brings confidence, professionalism, and strong customer focus to every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment tours and professionally engage prospective residents
- Process leasing applications, leases, and required documentation
- Follow up with prospects to support leasing goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
- Maintain Fair Housing compliance and professional office standards
Required Qualifications
- Prior multifamily leasing experience required
- Business professional attire and demeanor required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing office
