Mission
Drive flawless production: set up machines accurately, program parts confidently, validate quality continuously, and finish components to exacting standards.
Your Impact
- Set up and operate CNC machinery and a press brake to meet blueprint and process requirements.
- Program parts, read blueprints, and perform in-process inspections.
- Execute finishing steps including drilling, tapping, and deburring.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairs.
- Organize and verify materials with Purchasing and Shipping; maintain accurate counts and identification.
- Keep work areas clean and orderly; take on additional duties as assigned by Supervision.
Work Schedule & Pay
Shift Hours: 2nd Shift; 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 with a shift differential
Qualifications
Required
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
- Capacity to lift up to 75 lbs and move heavy materials (push/pull/slide).
- Strong hand–arm coordination.
- Comfort with stooping, bending, and squatting as tasks demand.
- Mechanical aptitude, computer competency, and willingness to operate industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
- Background as a foreman or warehouse trainer.
