Production Associate

MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF PRODUCTION LINE EXPERIENCE

Connect Staffing is looking for a dedicated Production Associate to join a leading plastic manufacturing company in Humble, TX!

Schedule: 7:00am - 7:00pm or 7:00pm - 7:00am

Production Associate Requirements:

• Must have at least one year of production line experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to stand for 10+ hours on shift.
• Able to lift up to 40lbs.
• Prior experience in roles such as a Assembly Line Worker, Packaging Line Operator, or a Production Packer is a big plus!

Production Associate Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections of plastic products as they come out of the machine to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package plastic products according to specified packaging requirements, including labeling and stacking.
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain records of production output, quality checks, and any issues encountered during the packaging process.
• Collaborate with quality control personnel to identify and address any defects or issues with the packaged products
• Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a sanitary and efficient production environment.
