Grocery Warehouse Associate / Unloader 2nd Shift- Baytown, TX
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking Local Hire Grocery Freezer Unloaders/Loaders to join our team in Baytown, TX. The primary responsibility of this role is to safely and efficiently unload and hand-stack frozen meat products from the freezer section of the grocery warehouse onto pallets and into trucks. This is not a travel team opportunity, so applicants must live locally. We offer daily pay, which allows you to draw money daily from your paycheck.
**Position Type**
Part-Time (with opportunity for increased hours as workflow expands)
**Qualifications:**
- Ability to work in a freezer environment with temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit (Freezer gear provided)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 65 pounds
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment
- Grocery experience is a plus
**Responsibilities:**
- Load/Unload Frozen meat onto pallets
- Ensure accurate and complete orders are selected for delivery
- May need to operate warehouse equipment, such as electric pallet jacks, to move products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
**Pay and Shift Details:**
-Shift: Monday-Friday 2:00pm - 10:30pm (or until work is finished each day)-Pay: Performance-based pay, with the average associate earning $22/hour, but never less than $18/hour. Daily texts from Humano provide earnings tracking for transparency.**Company Overview:**
