CMM Talent Partners is working with a client in San Antonio, TX who is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis, with the potential for direct hire for the right candidate.
Administrative Assistant Overview
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the team. The ideal candidate takes the initiative, is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing diverse responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute accurate meeting minutes.
Assist in the preparation of recurring reports and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong presentation-building skills with attention to branding and visual clarity.
Proven ability to streamline meeting efficiency and coordination.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift/move items up to 20 lbs. and perform light physical duties as needed (e.g., bending, filing, standing).
