This role is responsible for developing maintenance strategies, leading maintenance personnel and contractors, and ensuring production and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.The ideal candidate brings leadership experience within industrial, manufacturing, or facilities environments and is passionate about building high-performing teams, improving reliability, and driving operational excellence.
