Proposal Manager (Marketing)

As a Proposal Manager, you will play a vital role in developing winning proposals and engaging presentations, working alongside a dynamic and supportive team to achieve our strategic plan and business development goals. You'll have the opportunity to shape how we tell our story and showcase our expertise in building iconic structures across all office - Texas, Mississippi, and Florida. You'll also have the ability to implement new ideas and processes to better our teams, and ultimately, you! ***Please note this is a full-time in office position. Key Skills and Qualifications: Approximately 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role. Experience in marketing or business development within the AEC industry is a plus. Lead and manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from reviewing RFQs/RFPs to developing, coordinating, and submitting final proposals for all Regional offices (Austin, Houston, Ridgeland, Panama City Beach, FL). Lead proposal kickoff meetings and strategy sessions for proposals. Reviewing RFP/ RFQ and determining requirements to complete proposal submission. Ensuring response meets all RFP/RFQ criteria. Interview and presentation preparation. Train, mentor, and guide junior marketing coordinators, delegating tasks as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, CRM software, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop). Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
