Assistant Community Manager
Rate: $21.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 182-unit apartment community in the exciting Knox District of Dallas on McKinney Avenue! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
- At least one year of Assistant Community Manager experience in on-site property management.
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work some Saturdays with an alternative day off during the week.

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
