Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated Residential HVAC Installer to handle rough-in and trim work for home heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You’ll install equipment and ductwork in new or existing residences, ensuring every job is safe, efficient, and meets our company standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesInstall residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, ductwork, and thermostats.
Perform both rough-in and trim installation phases.
Read and follow residential blueprints, specifications, and technical diagrams.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.
Complete daily reports and documentation accurately.
Qualifications
RequirementsExperience: Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience (rough/trim).
Licensing/Certification: No license or certification required.
Skills: Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, basic tools, and safety protocols.
Physical Ability: Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in varied environmental conditions.
Soft Skills: Reliable, team-oriented, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Starting Pay: $14 – $16 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
Field-based role focused solely on residential job sites.
Requires standing, lifting, and working in a range of indoor and outdoor conditions.
