Bilingual Health Information Management (HIM) Associate

Location : Dallas, TX 75251- Hybrid (Remote Mondays & Fridays | In-Office Tuesday–Thursday)

Compensation : $17–$19/hour

Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Temp-to-Hire opportunity

Role Impact

The Bilingual HIM Associate supports accurate and timely management of health information and data entry operations. This role ensures the integrity, confidentiality, and organization of medical records while collaborating with internal teams. Success is defined by high accuracy, efficiency in processing records, and consistent, professional communication in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy

• Maintain, update, and organize health information and medical records

• Track and report data using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Communicate with internal teams via Microsoft Teams and Outlook

• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with privacy standards

• Provide administrative and operational support as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) with ability to read and write in Spanish

• Strong data entry skills with verified typing speed (WPM assessment required)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
