TravelNurseSource is working with TechLink Systems, Inc. to find a qualified OR RN in Lubbock, Texas, 79410!
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating RoomLocation (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Lubbock, TX (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
Total Weekly Hours: 36 WKNDS TRAVEL EXP - OR RN - Req 10133
Will position float between units: No
Is on-call required? No
Are weekends required? Yes 12 hour shifts: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
Are block schedules required? Yes - Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
What are expected ratios? 1:1
Special requirements: Weekend RN must have Ortho, Neuro, General, XI/DV5 Robot, & Trauma exp
Are 48 hours approved: No

Department Uniform/Dress:
a. The dress code for licensed nursing personnel (RN, LVN) is solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire. (Scrub tops may have colored piping.) Print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU). Women's Services (L&D, Mom/ Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit specific scrub attire.
b. The dress code for unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT) is solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable except in the areas noted above.
