Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales and Marketing Assistant:

• Engage with customers and the community to ensure satisfaction, drive sales, and support marketing efforts for their clients
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of their client's products or services to provide accurate information, drive sales, and assist in optimizing marketing campaigns
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards consistently
• Attend training sessions and company meetings to stay informed on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to monitor sales, marketing contributions, and performance metrics

Requirements for the Entry Level Sales and Marketing Assistant:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or related experience preferred but not mandatory
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills
