We are currently hiring motivated individuals for a Licensed Financial Services Representative role — a fully remote, 1099, commission -based opportunity focused on helping families protect their financial future.
About the Role
This position is best suited for individuals who already understand:
Working on commission
Managing a sales pipeline
Following a proven sales process
Handling objections professionally
Maintaining consistency with daily activity and follow-up
As a Licensed Financial Services Representative, you will work directly with individuals and families to help them secure solutions tailored to their goals and needs. You’ll have access to proven systems, structured training, and one-on-one mentorship designed to help you succeed without being left on your own.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role within a licensed financial services agency.
What You’ll Do
Connect with clients who have requested information
Educate families on life insurance, mortgage protection, retirement strategies, and living benefits
Follow a proven sales process to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Manage your pipeline, appointments, and follow-up activities in a remote environment
Build trust-based client relationships through honest communication and service
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development opportunities
Work independently while remaining connected to a collaborative and supportive team culture

What We’re Looking For
Prior sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professionalism, self-discipline, and strong work ethic
Ability to manage activity independently in a remote setting
Coachable mindset and willingness to follow proven systems
Ability to obtain a state insurance license (we guide you through the process)
