- Assist the Executive Chef and fellow Sous Chef in all kitchen operations.
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and performance.
- Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and plating.
- Oversee daily line operations, prep, and service in a high-volume fine dining environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate on menu development and contribute creative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage inventory, food costs, and vendor relationships to support profitability and efficiency.
- Uphold company values while fostering a positive and professional kitchen culture.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
- At least 2 years of that experience must be in a high-volume fine dining establishment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Exceptional knowledge of food, flavor profiles, and culinary techniques.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and quality standards.
- Commitment to excellence, detail, and consistency in execution.
