BUSINESS ANALYST I
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume data entry within internal systems (CDM module).
- Review and validate customer payment information for accuracy.
- Research and determine correct payment application using internal tools.
- Assist team members with payment-related research tasks.
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency in repetitive workflows.
- Follow standard operating procedures and internal guidelines.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion

Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering).
- Familiarity with data entry systems and databases (training provided for tools like Remitco, Genesis, CAD).
- Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR) processes (preferred).
