Responsibilities
Employee Relations
Advise and coach on all site level employee relation matters
Guide and coach Managers on the disciplinary process including verbal, written and final performance Improvement plans (PIP)
Assist with preparation of justification and paperwork for recommended terminations
Assist with delivery of disciplinary actions
Provide support for site level involuntary terminations including obtaining final work hours
Assist with HR investigations and required supporting documentation
General Human Resources
Respond to HR related inquiries from site level management and employees
Counsel colleagues on the interpretation and application of HR policies
Assist the Human Resources Coordinator with workers’ compensation, leaves of absence, and ADA accommodations
Oversite of annual engagement survey for leader's geographic region
Assist with completions of annual compliance, harassment, and other trainings as required Create and assist leaders with HR essential training
Execute corporate and regional initiatives to include annual performance review process and calibration sessions
Follow up on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) incidents and facilitate resolution involving issues. Ensures the employee has completed the required HIPAA/IS Attestation and/or refresher HIPAA course.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience in business administration, human resources, or related field
In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college is equal to one year of experience and vice versa
Strong understanding of federal employment laws and state-specific requirements of the applicable region
Job-Related Experience
Customarily at least one to three years of demonstrated general human resource experience
Prior experience with employee and management coaching, the progressive disciplinary process as well as conducting human resource related investigations, preferred
Must be well versed in multi-tasking
Ideally has worked with remote employees
