Are you an experienced Bilingual Medical Referral Coordinator looking for a full-time opportunity? Join a prestigious clinic in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio, dedicated to providing excellent patient care. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills to work as part of a healthcare team.
PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:
- $17.00-$19.00/hr (based on experience)
- Monday-Friday office hours (No weekends!)
- Medical, Dental, and Vision +
- Stone Oak area, San Antonio, TX
- Weekly Pay via direct deposit or pay card
BILINGUAL MEDICAL REFERRAL COORDINATOR DUTIES:
- Handle patient referrals and insurance verifications
- Communicate with insurance providers and referral sources
- Maintain accurate patient and hospital records
- Process referrals promptly, ensuring efficient service start
- Track and update patient admission information
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff for seamless care
BILINGUAL MEDICAL REFERRAL COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:
- Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of medical office or referral coordination experience
- Knowledge of insurance plans, ICD-9, and CPT coding (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual in English/Spanish required
