Maintenance Account Managers are the primary customer contact for contracted accounts within the Landscape Management Department. The Account Managers clearly communicates contract specifications to production management and works in conjunction with production to perform services in a profitable manner. This position is responsible for necessary follow-up and follow-through to maintain positive customer relations, to ensure complete customer satisfaction and contract renewals. The Account Manager will suggest and sell non-contracted landscape management services to both meet the needs of property, increase customer satisfaction, and gain additional revenue for the company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manual client contracts for landscape maintenance
• Enhance Client satisfaction through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits
• Thorough understanding of each contract
• Prepare and present annual renewals supporting client retention
• Identify and initiate potential enhancements to existing contracts with an increase in client satisfaction and consistent profitability
• Schedule and monitor project plan, measure budget to actual
• Assist in collection of outstanding receivables as needed, while following up on active billings
• Plan the work
• Work the plan
• Assist in scheduling
• Communicates and assist in the estimating process, negotiations and gaining approved proposals
• Ensure timely submittals of material invoices and time sheets for all projects.

Requirements:

• A true passion for landscape maintenance
• Thorough knowledge of industry basics
• Ability to work effectively with strong, diverse personalities
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Ability to develop strong client and employee relationships
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Solid knowledge of plant material, diseases and insects, chemical spray and irrigation
• Bilingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,892.00 - $75,000.00 per year
