Commercial Plumbing Superintendent
H&G Systems | Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Starting at $45+/Hour | Full-Time, Year-Round
Lead commercial plumbing operations across multiple projects with a respected DFW mechanical contractor since 1968. Oversee plumbing execution on data centers, healthcare facilities, schools, and large commercial builds throughout North Texas.

What You'll Do
- Oversee plumbing operations across multiple commercial construction projects
- Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and project execution
- Review drawings, specs, submittals, and installation requirements
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, fuel gas codes, and safety standards
- Mentor foremen and field crews, supporting workforce development
- Coordinate with project managers and senior leadership on planning and operations
What You Need
- Active Texas Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (required)
- 7+ years commercial plumbing experience
- 3+ years leadership experience as foreman, assistant superintendent, or similar
- Strong knowledge of domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, fuel gas systems
- Ability to read blueprints, specs, and submittals
- Valid driver's license, insurable record
