Empire Management Group is seeking motivated, outgoing, and results-driven individuals to join our growing team as In-Market Full Cycle Sales Representatives .
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy building relationships, meeting new people, and taking ownership of the entire sales process—from prospecting and generating leads to presenting solutions and closing business. You'll help individuals, families, and business owners secure insurance solutions that protect what matters most while building a rewarding and lucrative career.

What You'll Do
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community outreach, and prospecting
Meet with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs
Present customized insurance solutions and coverage options
Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact through policy issuance
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales process
Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in CRM systems
Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals
Represent Farmers Insurance and the agency with professionalism and integrity

Reliable transportation for local travel
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in insurance, outside sales, B2B sales, retail sales, or customer service
Proven track record of achieving sales goals
CRM experience
Insurance license or willingness to obtain one
