Merchandiser
- Abides by all Company requirements and policies written in the Associate Handbook.
- Adheres to all state and federal regulations and standards.
- Projects a positive image to all retailers, coworkers, and consumers, which is consistent with company expectations.
- Merchandise palletized delivery.
- Stock coolers, rotate stock, maintain existing displays and assist in building new displays.
- Maintain and account for all of A&B’s company equipment.
- Follow and execute A&B’s standard Delivery call.
- Is reliable and feels the accountability of the work they perform as a vital contributor to the team.
- Understands that a flexible work schedule may be required for this position.
- Attends all required company meetings.
- Must be 21 years of age or older with a Valid Driver’s license
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as a demonstrated ability to utilize sales applications within ERP software (i.e. Encompass).
- 1+ year of customer service, retail, sales, or service industry experience
- 2+ years customer service or sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry
