Position is with a client located in downtown Dallas, TX. This is an indefinite contract role (with potential for hire) within a fun, team division that offers room for growth. Pay is $21–23/hr , plus benefits and incentives. On-site, in-office with an amazing team in downtown Dallas, with paid parking!

Ideal Candidates Have Minimum Experience In The Following (But Not Limited To):

• Lending expertise in various Mortgage Automation Software (Encompass or similar) required.
• Mortgage industry experience to include processing, underwriting, funding/closing, QA, compliance, mortgage help desk, customer service, and technical support.
• Reliable with the highest level of service and support (internal and external customers/staff).
• 3+ years loan processing, underwriting, closing/funding, or technical support.
• Guided mortgage loan officers through steps to installing, running software, and pulling credit, and various other loan support issues.
• Provided support for mobile applications to customers updating accounts and applications with applicable information (credit purposes).
• Standard network troubleshooting experience a plus.

Software Experience Required:

• MS Office, Encompass, DU/LP, and various lending/banking software and electronic application and signature system tools.
• Comfortable knowledge of web conferencing tools, preferably GoToMeeting/GoToWebinar.

Mortgage service agents will work with licensed users in the following areas:

• Lenders.
• Brokers.
• Mortgage bankers.
• Community bankers.
• Credit unions.
• Nonprofit representatives.
