Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server with a strong background in wine service to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of fine dining protocols, and the ability to provide personalized wine recommendations to enhance our guests' dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver attentive and professional service to all guests

• Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and daily specials

• Offer informed wine recommendations and pairings to complement menu selections

• Accurately take and input orders into the POS system

• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously

• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

• Follow company policies regarding cash handling and credit card transactions

• Greet all guests in a hospitable and warm manner

• Maintain proper steps of service throughout the dining experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of fine dining experience required

• Extensive knowledge of wine varietals, regions, and service techniques

• TABC Certification (Required)

• Food Handler Certification (Required)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team-oriented environment

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Availability for both day and evening shifts

• Reliable transportation to and from the restaurant

Pay: $20.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
