Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Full-Time | Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking an Assembler I to assemble parts and components into finished products or sub-assemblies in a fast-paced production environment. This role follows work instructions, drawings, and quality standards to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.Required Qualifications

- Ability to meet production metrics in a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to read assembly drawings or blueprints
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Basic math skills for measurements and counts
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic assemblies

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, or machinery
- Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and drawings
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Identify defects or issues and report them to supervisors
- Meet production goals and timelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S standards)
- Follow all safety, quality, and company policies
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum High School Degree
