Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM; Sunday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM

Opportunity: Temporary-to-Permanent

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant to support an apartment community in Richardson, TX 75080. The ideal candidate will have strong leasing and customer service skills, along with experience using OneSite and Knock.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide property tours
• Explain pricing, availability, amenities, and rental qualifications
• Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and text
• Enter and maintain prospect information in OneSite and Knock
• Process applications and required leasing documentation
• Assist residents with questions, renewals, and service requests
• Maintain guest cards, traffic reports, and leasing records
• Support community outreach, marketing, and resident events
• Help maintain a welcoming and professional leasing office

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• OneSite and Knock experience required
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Weekend availability required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
