Provide clerical support to the field operations team
Process Field Service tickets for the Permian
Work with Field Supervisor and Service Analyst on billing and pricing issues
Handle specific parts of RMA process
Communicate with Service Ops and Inside Sales on inventory/ticketing process
Support the cycle count process for service trucks
Participates in special projects as assigned.
Contributes to the department continuous improvement culture.
Other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications:
High School Degree
2 years of experience working in an office environment
1 year of inventory experience
Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Good math and analytical skills
Must have a valid driver\'s license Preferred Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Oracle finance system capabilities
Preferred knowledge of basic accounting principles Enable Skills-Based Hiring: No Worker Training Location
