We're looking for someone eager to start in ABA marketing, with a long-term vision to grow into clinical work as a Behavior Technician or an administrative path.

Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our dedicated team at Ambitions Behavioral Health. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our operations and ensuring the highest quality of service for our clients. Your organizational skills will help us maintain efficiency as we focus on delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Outreach
• Create and distribute flyers, brochures, and other materials door-to-door to schools, clinics, and other relevant providers
• Build strong community relationships and partnerships with families, local professionals and organizations
• Represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and purpose
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, caregivers, and team members.
• Assist in scheduling, phone/email communication, and internal tracking
• Help maintain records, forms, and daily operational needs
• Coordinate medical collections and insurance verification processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize eClinicalWorks for patient management and documentation.

Pathways:

• Option to train and transition into an ABA Behavior Technician (BT) role, working directly with clients
• OR continue on a path focused on administration and operations support

Who You Are:

• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with face-to-face interactions
• Strong communicator with attention to detail
• Able to work under supervision and independently and stay organized
• Interested in education, mental health, ABA therapy, or community work
• Open to future training and career growth within the company

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work
• Comfortable walking and engaging with people during door-to-door marketing
• Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or admin support is helpful
• Previous ABA experience is a plus
