Job Description

As a Data Scientist at INNOTECH VIETNAM, you will leverage your extensive experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver insights that have a measurable impact on our operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Develop, implement, and maintain statistical models and machine learning algorithms that support various business functions. Utilize advanced analytical methods to gather insights and predict outcomes.
• Data Strategy & Management: Collaborate with data engineers and IT professionals to ensure high-quality data management practices. Design and optimize data processing pipelines to facilitate efficient data retrieval, storage, and processing.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to identify analytics needs and deliver clear, concise reports and visualizations that effectively communicate findings. Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Innovation & Research: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in data science and analytics. Champion the integration of cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to improve existing data-driven processes.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts. Foster a data-driven culture within the organization and promote best practices in data analysis and interpretation.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in statistical programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Extensive experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including but not limited to supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, and natural language processing.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and succinctly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
