Job Title: Escrow Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Katy, Texas

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Escrow Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist for our client. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of Escrow Assistant experience and 2+ years of front desk/receptionist experience. Our team is committed to providing exceptional customer service, and we are looking for someone who is organized, presentable, and excels in multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of the escrow process under the guidance of Escrow Officers
• Handle front desk duties including greeting clients, answering phones, and organizing office tasks
• Maintain organized files and documentation for escrow transactions
• Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and lenders
• Perform administrative tasks to support the escrow team
• Ensure all escrow transactions are processed accurately and efficiently

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of Escrow Assistant experience or Front desk experience at a Title Company
• 2+ years of front desk/receptionist experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
