Production Team Member - Machine Operator

Pay: $17–$20 per hour + overtime & shift differential.

What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor Armor, Cabler, and Packaging machines.
- Run up to 5 machines at the same time in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prepare, inspect, and maintain equipment for safe operation.
- Use basic hand tools: calipers, wrenches, sockets, pliers, knives, tape measures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow OSHA and Prysmian safety standards.
- Report safety concerns immediately.
- Support production as directed by supervisors.
- Work reliably and contribute to a strong team environment.
What You Bring:
- Manufacturing experience preferred — not required.
- Ability to perform very physically demanding work.
- Ability to use standard hand tools.
- Must not be color blind.
- Ability to multitask and run multiple machines at once.
- Strong reliability and willingness to learn.
- Preferred: farming or farm‑hand experience due to familiarity with labor‑intensive work.
- Preferred: candidates open to 3rd shift and overnight schedules.
Work Environment:
- Loud, industrial manufacturing setting.
- Exposure to heat and occasional outdoor tasks.
- Frequent bending, twisting, standing, kneeling, and repetitive motion.
- Regular lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Fast‑paced environment with continuous machine operation.
Schedules:
- 12‑hour or 8‑hour shifts.
- Overtime available.
- Weekend availability required.
- 3rd‑shift and overnight candidates are strongly preferred.
