Mental Health Front Desk Receptionist
Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage clerical tasks while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly.
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Maintain an organized front desk area.
- Taking vitals and documenting them.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Google and other office software to manage schedules, documents, and communications effectively.
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with company policies.
- Taking copay's for visits.
Experience
- Previous experience in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
