Compensation Range: $100,000-125,000
Job Description:
Seeking a highly organized and hands-on Project Manager to lead large-scale technical infrastructure and network deployment projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale network infrastructure projects
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple phases
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Lead client calls and provide clear, concise updates and documentation
- Track billing, invoicing, and financial performance of projects
- Utilize PM tools to manage schedules, resources, and reporting
- Ensure successful deployment of physical networking and server hardware
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 5–10 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects
- Experience with telecom or network infrastructure projects (network builds/deployments)
- Strong background working with physical networking or server hardware
- Proven experience managing large-scale budgets ($10MM per phase)
- Hands-on project management style (execution-focused, not just facilitation)
- Experience with PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday, Jira)
- Billing and invoicing experience
- Bachelor's degree required (or equivalent experience)
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead client calls and provide detailed follow-up documentation
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with government or highly structured environments
- Background with traditional telecom organizations or legacy infrastructure environments
