AP Processor
- Process and review a high volume of invoices
- Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process vendor payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding issues
- Monitor invoice approval workflows and follow up as needed
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries
- Provide documentation and support during audits
- Maintain accurate and confidential financial records
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience required
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Filters, etc.)
- Experience matching invoices to purchase orders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with accounting software systems preferred
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Time: MondayFriday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
