Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of two, focused on building a strong foundation and delivering great service to our customers. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent nearly 10 years in the automotive industry. I was introduced to the agency opportunity through a close friend who is also an agent, and its been an exciting path into business ownership. Im a proud spouse and dog owner, and I place a high value on maintaining a healthy work-life balance for myself and for our team. We stay connected to the community by supporting organizations like the Houston Food Bank and looking for ways to give back locally. For our team, we offer 12 days of PTO, a health stipend, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a great office location in a mid-rise building that provides a professional and comfortable work environment. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alberto Bermudez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
