What you will be doing- The Role

Hiring NOW - As a full-time sales representative you will be trained to be able to deliver interactive sales presentations that will teach communication skills, negotiation skills, problem solving, and sales aptitude. This role will provide you the foundational skills and experience needed for any future career growth.

The Responsibilities

· Delivery of interactive sales presentations on metal roofing, gutters, and siding

· Schedule and set appointments with potential customers

· Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis

· Team building activities

· Mentorship

The Qualifications

· No experience needed

· Excellent communication skills

· Self-motivated, disciplined, and hard working

· Great work ethic

· Positive attitude

· Open-minded with a willingness to learn and grow in a wide-range of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths

· outgoing individual who enjoys face to face interaction

The Compensation

· Base Salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses

· Paid training

· Average earning potential: $80,000 - $120,000
