The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity available for a Marketing Project Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Austin, TX . This is a fully On-Site.
As a global leader in Cardiac Rhythm Technologies, we focus on innovative technologies that can improve the way doctors treat people with heart arrhythmias, or irregular heartbeats.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Design, develop, and implement marketing activities and materials such as brochures, audio/ visual materials.
- Review business results and ensure the adherence of the marketing activities and plans.
- Liaise with the media, advertising agencies and public relations firms.
- Coordinate involvement in conferences, exhibitions and marketing seminars.
- Will coordinate marketing collateral
- Responsible for Digital assets: website, social media, paid media ads, in addition to environmentals at tradeshows (videos, collateral, booth design)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING :
Required Experience
- Associates Degree required
- 1 plus year of marketing experience
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communications, Advertising degree a plus)
- Experience in Monday.com or Project Management Software a plus
- Experience working with copywriters and graphic designers a plus
- Experience in Healthcare or Medical Device Marketing and Communications a plus
- Experience with Regulatory Management of Assets a plus
- Experience in Acrobat, Word, PowerPoint a plus
Please note that the salary range listed is our full grade range. We usually hire based on the mid-point.

The base pay for this position is $60,000.00 - $120,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
