Your role in our mission

• Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation.
• Liaise between development and implementation teams to ensure clear communications and expectations.
• Configure technical system settings, ensuring client/project deadlines are met.
• Communicate with the project team leadership; recommend program changes as needed
• Triage issues related to Engineering work and escalate as needed

What we're looking for

• 9+ years of IT experience in development, implementation, support, and troubleshooting.
• 3+ years of experience in Medicaid operations and foundational understanding of payer systems.
• Technical leadership experience in integration, data conversion, and batch job monitoring, with strong troubleshooting and support skills. A coding background is preferred (coding is not required for the role).
• Basic knowledge of .NET and networking concepts.
• Nice to have: Experience with SSRS and SQL for reporting and data analysis.

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
