Parking Analyst - ASAP POST NUMBER: 480143

We're looking for a Parking Analyst to join a large property management and real estate development company in downtown Austin. TX. This role will be working with the Asset Management that portfolio includes mixed-use assets — restaurants, retail, gyms, and commercial tenants — each anchored by parking structures that are among the top revenue generators across the platform. You'll help us analyze performance, manage operators, conduct site surveys, and drive value-add strategies. This is a highly analytical role with real variety: part financial modeling, part project management, part field work.

• Conduct ongoing financial analysis and reporting for parking assets across the portfolio
• Build and maintain Excel-based reports on parking revenue; identify trends and opportunities
• Perform site surveys, evaluate asset performance, and deliver actionable recommendations
• Support the development and rollout of pilot technologies to advance the parking platform
• Present findings and areas of opportunity to internal stakeholders across Asset Management, Leasing, and Investments

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related field
At least 6 months’ experience in real estate, financial services, or consulting — internship experience in data or financial analysis counts
Strong Excel skills; experience with financial or economic modeling a plus
Organized self-starter who can manage multiple projects and follow through independently
Strong written communication skills and a professional presence
This role is fully onsite and a long term temporary position
$32-35/hr
