Front Desk Receptionist – Temp

Pay $17 hour
Covering front desk for busy title office
Great Warm, Friendly Office who promotes from within.
- Greet customers and clients in a professional courteous manner
- Manage front desk and lobby area
- Escort clients to conference rooms for loan closings
- Answer phones and route calls
- Schedule conference rooms
- Maintain front lobby, order supplies
- Open main email inbox and distribute
- Open files for loan officers
- File and scan documents as needed
- Support Escrow Officers and other office staff
- Other projects as needed or requested
Skills needed:
- HS diploma – some college preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
