Assistant Project Coordinator
- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
- Support team members with project documentation, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support project objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Previous experience in project coordination or administration is a plus.
