General Foreman in San Antonio
We are a fun, fast growing general contractor in San Antonio that specializes in working on projects for the Department of Defense (DoD). We are actively hiring for a General Foreman in the San Antonio area.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple self-performing crews
- Staff
- Train
- Test crew members
- Assess skill-levels
- Improve and create new company standards for:
- Carpentry
- Concrete
- Finishes
- Other trades
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge in Carpentry and Concrete
- Can lead self-performing crews
- Prior Journeyman, Foreman and General Foreman experience
- Great leader, respectful and humble
- Knowledgeable in Lean Construction or willing to learn Lean Construction
- Willing to travel to non-local job-sites
Preferred:
- Prior DoD Project experience (Air Force, Navy, Army, among others)
- Stable work-history
- Local to San Antonio
- Familiar with Lean Construction
