Idealease with Southwest International Trucks is hiring a qualified, outgoing Truck Leasing Account Manager in Dallas, Texas . The Truck Leasing Account Manager will have a full-time schedule , with access to full benefits and company incentives.

Key Responsibilities :

• OUTSIDE SALES position: candidates will develop and manage designated sales territory to grow truck lease revenue.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with assigned leasing customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet clients.
• Prepare and present leasing proposals, pricing, and contract terms.
• Responsible for promoting the company’s full line of truck leasing services which include long-term full-service leases, maintenance contracts, short-term rental, and service sales.
• Ensure lease agreements, amendments, and documentation are accurate and compliant.
• Conduct inside and outside calls to potential and existing customers.
• Conduct in-person sales visits and site evaluations to understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate leasing solutions.
• Function as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Meet and exceed KPM’s and sales goals set by management.
• Participate in regular training and development to stay up to date on industry knowledge and sales techniques.
• Inform customers of other company services that are available to them.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: 2 or more years of experience in the Trucking/Transportation Industry or a related industry
• Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent experience

Additional Requirements:

· Valid driver’s license, with a clear driving record (CDL a plus)

· Pre-employment drug screening
