We are a modern, family-oriented and family-owned dental practice in Spring, TX. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and a warm, welcoming environment. We are looking for a committed Patient Coordinator to join our team!

As our Patient Coordinator, you are the face of our practice. You'll be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly and that every patient leaves with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Concierge: Greet patients, manage check-in/check-out, and answer phones in a friendly and professional manner. Assist patients with inquiries regarding appointments, procedures, or insurance.
• Scheduling: Efficiently manage provider schedules to minimize gaps and meet goals.
• Insurance and Billing: Verify insurance coverage, submit claims, prepare and explain treatment plans/copays to patients, process payments, and manage collections
• Administrative: Maintain accurate patient records and manage daily correspondence. Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Collaboration: Work as a team with providers and clinical staff to ensure that treatment plans align with clinical findings and insurance requirements. Work alongside clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Maintenance and Organization: Maintain a clean working environment within the front desk and reception area; ensure an organized workspace, and maintain an organized inventory of office supplies.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years in dental front-office
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficiency with Open Dental and similar dental software
• Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office, and strong computer and typing skills
• Strong understanding of dental terminology, dental coding, insurance billing
• Excellent verbal and written skills. You should be comfortable discussing treatment and finances with patients and caregivers.
• A team player who maintains a positive attitude, high level of empathy for patients, possess the ability to stay calm under pressure, and shows an aptitude for growth.
• Bilingual Skills (Spanish) is a plus!
