Your New Role

• Perform residential HVAC installations in Houston, TX and surrounding areas

• Install equipment including condensers, air handlers, furnaces, and duct systems

• Lead jobs from start to completion, ensuring work meets code and manufacturer standards

• Maintain organized and safe job sites

• Communicate clearly with team members and customers

• Complete installs on time while maintaining high quality standards

• 3 years of HVAC installation experience

• Experience completing full system installs

• Experience with both residential systems and light commercial work is preferred

• Ability to follow installation guidelines and safety procedures

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
