Assistant General Manager (Longview)

Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations and strategic planning for the restaurant.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and tracking supplies.
- Monitor and manage budgets, labor costs, and financial performance metrics.

- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including POS systems and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and make swift decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to restaurant operations.
