Lead Finance Business Partner
Lead Finance Business Partner
Responsibilities:
- Service Contracts reporting
- Ensure revenue and cost recognition are aligned to Group guidelines for service region
- Track monthly site performance compared to initial sales assumption and previous forecasts
- Service management and finance are informed in scheduled meetings
- Develop full year forecasts with Operations stakeholder for each site in region.
- Identify and monitor financial risks and opportunities and make recommendations for forecast changes
- Month end close
- Support the team with journal entries, accruals, and analysis
- Work with colleagues in Manila to root cause and correct financial posting issues
- Perform internal and external audit tasks as needed, SOX documents completed monthly
- Develop new methods to streamline completion of compliance tasks
- Systems and processes usage and build out
- Develop dashboards and reporting packages, using data from SAP, Adaptive, and BI
- Champion automation and streamlined financial reporting for operational partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a major in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related subject. Masters, CPA or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of financial experience required
- Proficient with systems such as MS Office Suite, SAP, and BI tools
- Demonstrates clear and effective written and spoken communication
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability, some OT may be required
- Ability to manage one's own workload and work with minimal supervision
Competencies:
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Proficiency in SAP, proficiency in Workday or Adaptive
- Ability to manage competing priorities, ambiguity and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate in English
- Steady attendance and punctuality
