The network includes more than 30 ambulatory clinics featuring primary care Express Clinics and imaging and diagnostic services. Responsibilities - Track routine heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse ox levels
- Administer medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentation
- Quickly report and address any changes in condition
- Patiently and thoroughly explain tests results and procedures to patients and family members
- Educate patients on post-hospital care, including prescribed medicine, care maintenance, and prevention
We are offering a $20,000 Sign On Bonus in addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Qualifications
Required Skills :
- Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma.
- One (1) or more years of nursing experience
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas
- BLS (AHA)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- One (1) or more years of experience in an Acute Care setting preferred
