Telehealth Nurse Job Description:

Telenett is a leading telehealth company based in Dallas, TX, USA. We provide remote healthcare services to patients through virtual consultations, allowing them to access quality medical care from the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking a full-time Telehealth Nurse to join our team and help us provide exceptional care to our patients.

As a Telehealth Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting virtual consultations with patients, assessing their medical needs, and providing appropriate treatment recommendations. You will work closely with our team of physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct virtual consultations with patients, using video conferencing technology, to assess their medical needs

- Gather and document patient information, including medical history, current symptoms, and vital signs

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients

- Provide education and support to patients regarding their medical conditions and treatment options

- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Follow all telehealth protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety and privacy of patients

- Stay current on telehealth technology and best practices in order to provide the highest level of care to patients

- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge as a telehealth nurse

Qualifications:

- Active nursing license in the state of Texas

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse

- Experience in telehealth or remote healthcare is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfortable with using technology and virtual communication tools

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients

- Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
