VP Racing is seeking a full-time Marketing Project Manager Specialist in our Marketing Department at our Corporate Headquarters (San Antonio, Texas). The Project Coordinator is the driving force behind the success of our marketing workflow, serving as the gatekeeper and project manager of all incoming job requests and overseeing every step of our creative process using the Asana project management platform.

This critical role manages the marketing pipeline by scheduling projects, assigning the right team members at the right time, and ensuring deadlines and expectations are met. From domestic campaigns to international requests, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and creative teams to keep every project moving with precision and speed. Minimum Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise. If this describes you and you meet the following requirements, we would be happy to speak with you:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field; AND at least two (2) years of experience in project management; OR any combination of education and experience that results in the applicable skills, knowledge, and abilities.
