What You'll Do
- Oversee daily kitchen and front-of-house operations during peak service.
- Train, schedule, and develop team members to meet performance standards.
- Ensure food quality, plating consistency, and safe handling across all shifts.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and food cost optimization.
- Drive guest satisfaction and handle feedback with ownership.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years managing fast casual or quick-service restaurant operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams and maintain quality under high volume.
- Strong understanding of food safety, inventory, and P&L basics.
- Hands-on approach—comfort jumping in on line or counter when needed.
- Energetic communicator who inspires staff and stays organized.
